Bible Institute

The NFCOG Bible Institute exists as a non-degree granting school, equipping and training adults for Kingdom work through Christian education. We believe that each Christian is called to minister in some capacity. Since a working knowledge of Scriptures is necessary to fulfill the Great Commission (St. Matthew 28:19), we desire to teach people how to apply the Word of God in their lives so they can lead others to "observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you" (St. Matthew 28:20, KJV).

We are opposed to government intervention and our allegiance is to a higher power, and not to a secular authority, therefore, our plans for accreditation for NFCOG's Bible Institute will be sought through a religious school accrediting agency rather than a government agency.

The fundamental understanding of scripture is a direct result of personal study. The Apostle Paul, being aware of this truth, was led to encourage his young protegé Timothy to "study to show himself approved" because it would result in him becoming "a workman that need not be ashamed". As it was true in biblical times, so is it true today — study is essential to learning; and learning is essential to performance. Through the prescribed courses of study offered by the National Fellowship Churches of God, Inc. (NFCOG) Bible Institute, both the novice Christian starting his/her walk with God and desiring to "know Him" (God) in a broader sense and the more matured Christian desirous of sharpening his/her ministry skills, are able to participate in an instructional environment that speaks to his/her personal skill level, needs, and schedule.

NFCOG's Bible Institute utilizes CDs/DVDs, lesson outlines, study guides, surveys, questionnaires, examinations, and course evaluations to ensure every student receives the maximum benefit out of every lesson. In addition, students are encouraged to obtain the additional personal help needed from his/her instructor. Each course provides pertinent contact information. If that's not enough, the NFCOG website provides online Bible Search links to help you get the most out of your studies.

NFCOG's Bible Institute offers Campus and Distance Learning curriculum providing 22 courses in 4 major subject areas designed with you in mind. Course study is comparable to that of schools of Theology and Seminaries, but far more affordable!
